Who We Are.
My name is Jordan Brown
I am a seasoned technology leader specializing in digital innovation and scalable growth solutions. My passion for technology began early—launching my first business in middle school, creating photo montages for weddings and events. That entrepreneurial spirit carried me through Penn State University, where I led the AgSci Entrepreneurship Program, fostering innovation across the campus.

After college, I honed my expertise at Allied Universal Security, managing large-scale implementations of HELIAUS, an AI-based predictive security product, for high-profile clients worldwide. I later served as Manager of Digital Innovation and Customer Experience at Arctic Glacier, where I established a Project Management Office, launched a customer-facing mobile app, and led the company’s transition to cashless operations.
Building on these experiences, I now help businesses unlock the potential of digital innovation to drive sustainable, scalable growth. I founded JBi to be the vehicle for delivering these transformative solutions.
